In a recent development, Feng Luming, Board Director of Hailiang Group and President of Hailiang, undertook an inspection at the European headquarters of Hailiang Corporation. During his visit, he engaged in a cordial exchange with Dr. Song Xiao, Acting President of the European Headquarters, Dr. Wu Lin, Co-President, Dr. Mao Yanxin, Co-President, and Chief Engineer Nie Yong.

Feng Luming presented a Chinese-style retirement gift to Giampaolo Repetto, the Plant Manager of Italy Base in the European Headquarters, and expressed heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated service. He underscored that retired employees will forever remain an integral part of the Hailiang family.  As a global enterprise, the top priorities of Hailiang are closely related to its employees, demonstrating unwavering concern for the growth and development of both domestic and overseas staffs.

In a significant moment, Dr. Song Xiao officially issued an appointment letter to Roberto Repetto, the new Plant Manager at the Italy base. Dr. Song emphasized the imperative of heightened communication and knowledge-sharing among various units within the European headquarters. He encouraged all staff to unite with determination to support Hailiang's business presence in Europe in becoming bigger and stronger.

Following the ceremony, Feng Luming and his delegation conducted a thorough inspection of the production workshop at the Italy base. They engaged in detailed discussions with relevant leaders from the European headquarters, covering topics such as equipment upgrades, new product research and development, integrated production and sales, cross-cultural integration, and management. Feng Luming expressed that the establishment of the European headquarters by Hailiang is a strategic move aimed at comprehensive integration of regional resources, fostering enhanced operational refinement, and providing superior service to local customers. This initiative stands as a pivotal step in Hailiang's overarching global strategy.
